Vintage NET LACE Bedspread with Label

Something about netting, voluminous lace, and hand embroidery in one's boudoir just evokes a sense of romance ~ and we all need a bit of romance in our lives. This lovely vintage net lace bedspread is for a double/full/standard bed and has all hand embroidery in Richelieu Napery from the B.F.& Co., Czechoslovakia, with a look of Tambour stitching. The color is a light to medium 'antique lace' color since it probably has deepened in color over the decades of careful, loving storage and has never been used. To have such a lovely spread and to have never enjoyed it . . . perhaps they were saving it for you to enjoy. As you can see by the photos, it perfectly fits a modern bed with a 13" drop on all three sides. It's difficult to measure lace since it stretches when held up so the photos will do the explaining for you. There is no damage, no stains, no odors, no problems to worry about.
