Lovely matching set of twelve (12) vintage MARGHAB coasters/roundels that were purchased at GEORG JENSEN, Inc., 667 Fifth Avenue, New York 22, NY before 1963 since zip codes were not being used prior to that date. Tag reads: all cotton since the centers are sheer off-white Swiss cotton margandie with margandie appliqués for the leaves. All embroidery, cutwork, ladderwork, and appliqués are hand stitched by skilled Madeiran embroiderers.
Obviously never used, never washed as original tag and pin are attached. Measure 6" across with NO problems.
