Fabulous vintage MARGHAB placemat set in one of two IRIS patterns. Fabric is sheer pearl gray Margandie, a specialty cotton organdy fabric woven only for Marghab in Switzerland. There's appliques of blue margandie and all Maderian hand embroidery in French cotton flosses. The eight dinner size placemats are 18.5" long x 12" deep, the eight matching dinner size napkins are 17" x 17", the eight coasters/roundels are 6" across, and the one (1) center runner is 34" long x 12" deep. The previous owner used this set once and put it away without washing it so there are two napkins with yellow spots. NO damage, NO repairs, just needs an over-night's soak. Original box is included.
